1) The 6.50am thing is to prove the point that I am actually doing some work, as many people seem to have suggested that I'm not.
2) "Daddy-long-legs" is hyphenated according to my dictionary, but so were "tele-vision" and "to-day" in bygone eras, so I wouldn't worry about it too much. Language is ever changing and malleable... don't get me started on this one... you asked...
