Help!
I've got writer's block, or possibly writers' block, again. Is there anything anyone wants me to write about?

So far, since my last post, I've toyed with writing about:
- Why I moved abroad
- Why it's great to be here, but difficult to be away from home
- The man who collected my washing machine before I left Bristol a year ago
- Why I stopped "blogging" regularly
- My experience of England's victory over Australia at Trent Bridge
- Music I've been listening to
- Novels I've read recently
- My experience of bumping into some of my students whilst riding a friend's bike. The friend is female and the bike is pink.
They all look ok in bullet point form, but I can't find a way in. If there is anyone reading, perhaps just write one word in the comments box for me and I'll try to write something about it. Or set me an essay question.
You can tell it's the start of term and I've not got any marking to do yet.

well, I was at the Trent Bridge test on the saturday and the sunday, so I for one would love to hear your experience of it.
As my g'f is also about to apply for a job in New York, I'm also interested in your whole living & working abroad experiences. What made you move out in the first place? What's it like? How do your mates cope without you?
come on man... these are things that I actually would like to know your thoughts on.
I am intrigued about the washing machine thing as well

Thank you all for your great suggestions. Sorry about the delay. My next post will arrive at the weekend. Been a bit of a stinker at work this week.

I've an idea for you..... albeit for a post on another blog...... will you be guest editor for the earworms slot for me in a couple of week's time? (i.e. not this tomorrow, or the week after, but the week after that?)
Please say you will. I'm both interested to know what's in your head, and interested in getting you starting to write again.
Can you drop me an email at the address off my profile if you're game?
You know the score: 10 songs that are floating around your head, together with a bit of blurb about each, and a lyric from your number 1 as the post header.
Please say you will. You're one of the first blogs i started to read regularly, and one of my first commentators, so I'd love to have you as Earworm king for a week.

the funny thing is that my ma is also mikes ma and she or our dad, can't remember, said that STs earworms were earwigs! I quite like the idea of earwigs ... although earworms arn't bad either - perhaps a discussion on the relative merits of both resulting in a hypothesis favouring one or the other could be a project undertaken by mike who's allright without offending the intellectual property rights of ST who after all as concept creator is due consideration and potentially royalties.. that's the thing about the web though eh .. unregulated with only legal precedent as governance. It's a crazy mixed up world. One of my top 10 would be Crazy Nights by Kiss.

I've now worked out in my own mind that earworms is better than earwigs for describing the top 10 in your hed thing. earwigs made i laugh tho.. Have read yours mike - tip top and very glad to see that although you're mega miles away the same trash is rollin around your hi mem I'd feel strange if you didn't got a day or two without randomly chanting "must be the money"
ST - it's a wicked idea of yours no doubt..
